No. Most hyaluronic-acid fillers last from several months to around two years and are gradually absorbed. Many can also be dissolved if you change your mind.
Very little — a topical numbing cream and anaesthetic within the filler keep it comfortable. Most describe brief pressure.
Filler used to smooth small contour irregularities — for example a minor bump — without surgery. It reshapes, but can't reduce size, so it suits specific cases.
